Dear Guests!

The purpose of our House Rules is to ensure that all our guests can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay with all necessary information at hand.
Only those guests may stay in the apartment who accept and agree to comply with the terms described in the House Rules for themselves and their companions. Guests are also responsible for any damage resulting from failure to follow these rules.
The House Rules apply to all guests staying in the apartment. By occupying the accommodation, the guest acknowledges and accepts these rules as binding.

 

1. Arrival and departure

1.1 If necessary, the accommodation provider will be available on site at the time of arrival and departure.
1.2 The accommodation can be occupied on the day of arrival between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
1.3 Please inform the host of your expected arrival time in advance using the phone number provided below.

 

2. Parking

Private enclosed parking area.

 

3. Leaving the accommodation

3.1 Upon departure, please do not leave dirty dishes in the apartment, and leave the garbage in the designated containers.
3.2 Please make sure to lock the entrance door at night and when leaving the building.
3.3 When leaving the guesthouse, please close the doors and windows.
3.4 Upon final departure, the key must be returned to the host. Please inform the host in advance about the exact time of departure.
Please take care of the keys provided — in case of loss, the cost of lock replacement and additional key copies will be charged. A compensation fee of 20,000 HUF will be applied for lost keys.

 

4. Complaints

4.1 By occupying the accommodation, the guest acknowledges that the apartment fully corresponds to the description seen in the advertisement; no complaints will be accepted retroactively.
4.2 If any issues arise regarding the apartment during your stay, please notify the host immediately. Retroactive complaints will not be accepted.

 

5. Services

5.1 The accommodation fee includes utility and other operational costs, the use of bed linen, sheets, towels, sauna towels, and bathrobes, as well as cleaning after normal use.
5.2 The accommodation provider is available 24/7 by phone.
5.3 We do not provide transfer services.

 

6. Tisztaság és takarítás

6.1 Upon arrival, the apartment welcomes guests in a clean, disinfected, and tidy condition.
6.2 Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay.
6.3 To help maintain cleanliness, please use indoor shoes or slippers whenever possible.
6.4 Cleaning is carried out after guests depart, including tidying, disinfecting, and changing towels and bed linen.
6.5 Cleaning supplies and detergents are provided in the cabinet under the sink.
6.6 For longer stays, weekly cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is provided.
6.7 Daily cleaning can be requested.

 

7. Use of furniture and fixtures

7.1 Please use the furniture and fixtures as intended. Decorative items should not be removed from their place.
7.2 If furniture or fixtures are moved during your stay, please return them to their original position upon departure.
7.3 If upholstery becomes stained, a cleaning fee of 5,000 HUF will be charged. In case of burns, tears, or any other damage to the provided items, the full replacement cost must be covered.

 

8. Broken or damaged items

8.1 If any appliance or item breaks or becomes damaged during your stay, please notify us immediately so that we can replace or repair it as soon as possible.
8.2 As in any household, items in the apartment may occasionally break or malfunction through no fault of the guests. If you notice any irregularities, please inform the host immediately using one of the contact methods above to prevent potential serious damage.

 

9. Meals and kitchen

9.1 Please do not eat in the bedrooms.
9.2 Do not place any metal-containing objects in the microwave.
9.3 Before departure, please wash all used dishes and cutlery, and remove any perishable food from the refrigerator.
9.4 We are happy to assist with the use of the dishwasher and other appliances. Most of the user instructions can be found in the kitchen cabinets.

 

10. Liability

10.1 Kitchen appliances and other equipment can be hazardous if used improperly — all use is at the guest’s own risk.
10.2 The host is not responsible for any material damage or accidents resulting from improper use. Guests are financially liable for any damage caused by misuse of the apartment or violation of the house rules. No insurance covers guests’ liability within the property.
10.3 Any damage caused on the property must be compensated by the person responsible or their legal representative.
10.4 We do not accept responsibility for personal belongings brought into the apartment. Guests must take care of their personal items and valuables.
10.5 Equipment belonging to the apartment may not be removed from the property, even temporarily.
10.6 Children under 14 may stay in the apartment only under the continuous supervision of a parent or guardian. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child’s safety and any damage caused by the child. Children under 14 may use the apartment’s services only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
10.7 The following items are strictly prohibited on the apartment premises: corrosive, flammable, explosive substances, fireworks, firecrackers, their parts or components, waste, environmentally or health-hazardous items, and psychotropic substances, as defined by applicable law. If a guest brings prohibited items without prior written permission from the host, the host may remove them at the guest’s expense. The host is not responsible for any damage caused to such items. The guest is fully legally and financially responsible for any damage or injury caused to third parties or the host by prohibited items.
10.8 Individual electrical appliances: Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their own electrical devices and must cover the costs of such damage.

 

11. Waste disposal

11.1 Household waste can be disposed of in the kitchen and bathroom bins. If these become full during your stay, please empty them into the outdoor trash container. Additional trash bags can be found in the kitchen next to the bin.

 

12. Heating

Underfloor heating and air conditioning provide warmth in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms, while the bathroom is heated by a towel radiator and underfloor heating.

 

13. Hot tub

Please shower before use, as cosmetics (sunscreen, body lotion, etc.) may cause the water to become cloudy.
Use of the hot tub while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs is strictly prohibited! The interior can be slippery, so please be careful.
The hot tub can be covered with a lid to retain heat, so we kindly ask you to cover it after use, especially at night.
The hot tub is used at your own risk.
Food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the hot tub. An additional cleaning fee of 40,000 HUF will be charged if the tub is soiled.
Any damage caused in the hot tub is considered high-value, and compensation must be paid on-site before departure; otherwise, the authorities will be notified.

 

14. Infrared sauna and terrace

The infrared sauna is used at your own risk.

Please take into account the contraindications and information displayed next to the sauna cabin.

Use of the infrared sauna while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs is strictly prohibited!

Guests under 18 years old are not allowed to use the sauna alone.

Please use the provided sauna towels while using the sauna.

Do not move the sun loungers on the terrace to the yard.

 

15. Smoking and fire safety

15.1 Smoking or using incense is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the terrace (this includes electronic cigarettes and IQOS). Violation may result in the provider refusing further services and charging a penalty of 50,000 HUF per incident.
15.2 Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area in front of the entrance.
15.3 The use of any open flame is prohibited, except for the gas barbecue. Smoke detectors have been installed in accordance with mandatory regulations. A fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen, under the sink.

 

16. Emergency

In case of fire, begin evacuation immediately and call the fire department at 105, then notify the host.

 

17. Pets

Bringing pets into the apartment is strictly prohibited.

 

18. Billing

When making a valid reservation, the guest must provide a contact phone number, which will be used for any issues or important matters until the guest(s) depart.

Accommodation providers are legally required to report guest data to the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ, mtu.gov.hu). Upon arrival, guests must provide their personal documents (passport or ID card, and address card) for data registration (using a BM document reader). If you do not wish to hand over your documents to the accommodation owner, you may send photos of your documents in advance via email to napsugar.ujudvar@gmail.com
 (the back side of the ID card is required).

As required by the Hungarian Tax Authority (NAV), the service provider must issue an invoice, which must include the name and address of the billed party, and, if a company, its tax number. Since the owner issues e-invoices, we also require your address and email for this purpose. You can send this information to the email above.

The owner declares that the guest’s data will not be used for any other purpose than the above obligations, and will not be stored in printed form. The data stored on the computer will be kept until the possibility of any complaints has expired.

 

19. Meals

Meals are not included in our services; however, the well-equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals.
Addresses of nearby grocery stores and restaurants can be found in the apartment. Food delivery is available from several restaurants.

 

20. Other provisions

20.1 We reserve the right to select our guests.
20.2 Immediate expulsion from the apartment may result from inappropriate or uncultured behavior, disturbing the peace of others or the community, behavior offensive to public morals, loud noise, or continuous littering. Guests who continue such damaging activities after being warned must assess and pay for the damages and leave immediately.
20.3 Theft or intentional damage will always result in a police report.
20.4 Only registered guests are allowed on the premises; no unregistered visitors are permitted.
20.5 The apartment cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, etc.).
After contacting any of the above emergency numbers, please notify the owner at the phone number provided at the beginning of the house rules. Please note that you are responsible for the consequences of any irresponsible calls.
